2. No warranty

Data is sourced from third parties (including NSE Bhavcopy and news RSS feeds) and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Models and signals are experimental. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. Paper trading only

Portfolio features simulate trades with virtual cash. No real securities are bought or sold through the Service. Charge calculations are approximate and for learning purposes only.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the API.
• Do not rely on the Service as your sole basis for investment decisions.

5. Intellectual property

Software, branding, and original content are owned by the Service operators. News headlines belong to their respective publishers and are linked out for reference. NSE and ticker symbols are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
